COMPLETE MANAGEMENT 
20% on your collected rents

Before the stay:

  • House tour and photo shoot

  • Creation and posting of the advertisement on different platforms

  • Booking schedule management

  • Management of correspondence with travellers 

  • Creation of rental contracts

During the stay :

  • Check-in* / Check-out**

  • Tenant assistance: emergencies, advice, etc.

After the stay:

  • Housekeeping intervention *** + household touch-up

  • Laundry service: sheets and towels ***

  • Transmission of a report and customer satisfaction. 

* A check-in include: Contact with the tenants - Management of the methods of arrival - Reception of your tenants - Handing over of the keys - Visit of the accommodation - Transmission of practical information on the accommodation & tourist advice (brochures available).

** A check-out includes: Contacting the tenants for departure - Verification of the condition of your accommodation - Collection of keys - Collection of notices - Closing of the accommodation.

***Cleaning and the provision of linen are the responsibility of the holiday-makers.
